This double-sided foot file is fully sanitizable and best used on feet with mild to moderate callous build-up.  It is a great file for maintaining soft, healthy soles.
 
For those with heavier, hard and thickened callouses, the stainless steel Footlogix file is more appropriate.
 
Can be used on either dry or wet skin.
 
To use:
 
1. Begin with coarse side on calloused areas using gentle pressure and increasing pressure as tolerated.
2. Follow with the smooth side to soften rough spots.
3. Always apply RENEW Healing Balm after every use, and daily to maintain soft, hydrated soles.
